UpAnswer return policy state that any product or content being purchased from the website is always exchangeable but not returnable. While purchase, please make sure you are purchasing the intended product or content, otherwise you cannot return it afterwards. To claim an exchange, one must provide a proof evidence for the customer service representative of UpAnswer supporting your argument.
Refunds (if applicable):
Refund will only be applicable if the purchased product or content is not unique, original or does not satisfy the requirements being asked. Refund will not take place straight away, our quality assurance team will consider your request for the refund and thoroughly evaluate the product or content against refund is asked for.
The refund amount will be transferred back to your original payment method within specified amount of days. UpAnswer does not charge any service fee for refund products or services.
